The App stores fermentation data you enter, such as recipes, batches, notes, temperatures, ratings, stock and reminders. This data is stored locally on your device by default.
If you enable optional iCloud sync, this data is synchronized through your personal iCloud account between your devices. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
If you add a photo to a batch, the App processes the image you select or capture solely to display and store it with that batch. Access is requested only with your permission and can be revoked in system settings.
When enabled, reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send push notifications through our servers.
Premium purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive your full payment details. Apple processes purchase and billing data under its own policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
As currently designed, the App contains no personalized advertising and no third-party analytics SDKs.
You can delete local data in the App or by uninstalling it. iCloud data can be removed through your iCloud settings. For deletion questions, contact thorsten@geissel.us.
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this address.
